One of those actors who was great in everything.
And of course legendary as ARTIE in the Larry Sanders Show.
Like a drink... and a bit of drink driving.
Broke into a bank one night a few years ago with a loaded gun as he thought he lived there after a few drinks.
Was meant to play the Jack Nicholson character in Easy Rider but a meeting about it turned into an altercation involving him, Dennis Hopper and knives.
